Hello, I noticed a coupon in the newspaper for $3.00 off a pet groom at Happy Tails Pet Grooming., asking to schedual with a groomer named Lori. She was very nice on the phone, but when it came to grooming her skills are like a barber, she gets out her buzzer razer and shaves away all the furr on your pet. I told her that I wanted only a little furr taken off my Bichon, and when I picked up my pet I could see bare skin all over and it was uneven. I will never go back to Hapy Tails Pet Grooming and I am warning all my friends. Lori needs to be trained by a professional. Very unhappy with the service. Pros: Very little Cons: Will shave your pet bare, if you want your pets hair to look like a Marines haircut right out of bootcamp you are in the right place. more
