This place is a wonderful store. The owners, Jason and his wife, are always so helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of pet food, but if they don't have what you want Jason will special order for you. Their prices are the best in the neighborhood...they take 10% of a case of canned food even if you mix the flavors so long as it's the same brand/size..no other store does that. I pay 16.15 for a mixed case of proplan cat food ,,,can't get it cheaper than that. These are people who really love animals and not just after your money. They have rescued cats in the store and the have adoption events with rescue groups. Everyone should support this store and stay away from the animal abusers at Fins Fur Feathers. I really like this shop. The owners are great and they are very helpful. They will order whatever they can for you if they don't carry it. They also hold adoption events with Sean Casey and others and have rescued cats themselves. One even lives in the store. Doggie treats and coffe for owners. Give it a go. This place has a great selection of pet foods and treats, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are good, and they don't sell animals -- which is a real plus. Instead, they're heavily into animal adoption/rescue work, with on-site adoptathons during the year. Their only downside is that while they have lots of food, health-care and other basics, they have a slim selection of leashes, petwear, and ""frills."" However, they're not _in_ the ""frill"" business, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll happily refer you to similarly pro-rescue shops.
