I went in to get an acrylic fill in..which is priced at $16. I added pink tips, and the lady doing my nails told me it would be $25 to add pink tips with the fill in included. When I was done I went to go pay and she said I owed her $35! I was outraged...I had to pay $35 for an acrylic fill in, not gel. I only payed $40 for the original full set at another place! They didn't even look good when she was done! Never will go back. Horrible service. Will not spread good word. more

I love Happy Nails. Great service! I have never had to wait to be seen for my spa pedicure! They are incredibly clean and unlike most nail salons that reek of chemicals this one smells fresh. They have a great selection of nail colors from high quality nail polish brands like OPI. I don't even live near the location but I am more than willing to make the drive because they are that good! more

Pleasantly surprised 12/22/2009

When I was looking for a place to buy gift certificates for my nieces Christmas presents...I stumbled along this review complaining about the customer service. SO, I had already made up my mind that I would not do business here. However, after calling around and either being shocked at prices or attitudes on the phone...I figured what the hay, I have nothing to lose by calling Happy Nails. Pros: Friendly more

Definitely NOT happy 10/15/2009

I went for a manicure and pedicure and the girl doing my nails was very rude telling me to hurry up and select a nail color because other clients were waiting...mind you I already had an appointment. She filed my nails way down without asking and did not trim cuticles because ""that is extra."" She rushed through everything. Cons: Very RUDE customer service. more
