Computer repair 11/10/2010

I've had such a positive experience with Happy Computer. I would like to make sure that all who research them find my experience and take it into account when evaluating this company to provide them with support. We've had many experiences with area computer repair shops, many of them meeting expectations, but never exceeding the service standard that I look for before giving a company my repeat business. I'm very happy with the work provided for our family's computers. The quality of service has been outstanding and the customer service has been the best I've experienced thus far in the service industry in a long time. I highly recommend Happy Computer to anyone who is looking to have their computer(s) repaired. more

Convenient 12/30/2005

The best thing about these guys is they offer home service so you don't have to risk breaking your PC up more while driving with it. They are all experts and take very little time to figure out what's going on with your computer. Their prices seemed kind of high for such little work, but it's quite an investment knowing that I can know use my PC without any problems for school and work. more

Computer technicians 8/1/2005

I thought my computer has just about had it. It kept crashing and freezing up on me. I was about at my wits end. I called Happy Computer and they even come to your house. No hauling the pc into them. They come to you. It turned out I had several viruses on my pc. They cleaned my pc out and got rid of some junk I didn't need to begin with. My pc runs great now. No more locking up or crashing on me when I connect to the internet. Another big plus, their techincians are MS certified. Very important to me. more
