Surprisingly good visit 3/31/2013

I was skeptical of the quality of the $8 Botox injections, but have been very happy with the results and was impressed by Dr. Phil and his staff. I will be returning for more Botox and other treatments. more

The Happy Clinic is the best out there. Both Richard and Dr. Phil are great. They are informative and aren't out just to make money. They won't talk you into things you don't need but give great suggestions to help you look better. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

I've been looking for someone with Richard's skills ever since my old doctor retired, and finally, there he is! Richard is super nice and super knowledgeable, and just really knows his stuff. “Richard Kratzenberg, PA-C,” OMG, where do I start? He is a medical Picasso. He talks to you, genuinely gets a feel for what you want, beyond what your saying (e.g., “botox here for my wrinkles”). He makes your outcome…his professional signature! He has such an easy going-real personality, you feel like your spending time with your best friend, the who truly has your best interest. Had appointments with both Richard and Kim, both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful (oh, and don't forget gentle...) It's rare to go to a clinic and not be pressured or rushed. Great prices, great atmosphere, great staff and services...not sure why anyone would go anywhere else! more

First experience with Happy Clinic 3/15/2013

This was my first experience with Happy Clinic but it will not be my last! What 49yo is new to Botox? Me....and Richard was as nice, comforting and full of wonderful advice. He didnt try to sell me a partnership in the business, you may know how you show up for a consult and some places want to send you out looking like someone you've never seen before.....this did not happen here! It was really quite simple and a pleasure, I will be back to visit them again! more

I love Happy Clinic because of everyone who works there.Dr.Phil,Richard,Kim,care about the quality and integrety of their work I'm proof. and. it shows. That's why I keep coming back.And their prices are affordable for low income people such as myself.Since I've been going,the staff and I have developed a loving connection and they truly know what's best for ME! After 10 years of going to the same doc, I was nervous to try someone new but so glad I did. I've seen Richard three times so far and I'm very happy with the results as well as the cost. He's definitely an expert at what he does. He listens to my needs and does exactly that. I pay half of what I used to and my results are as good if not better! The whole clinic is great and welcoming. :) more

I have had Botox injections from Dr. Phil and Richard and have had great experiences with both! I've also had skin treatments from Kimber that produced results AND were relaxing! I've had treatments at a dermatologist office thinking that the clinical office and higher prices would create a better result. I was WRONG! This is the only office I will see for my skin treatments! Thank you Happy Clinic staff! more

Exceptionally pleased 3/8/2013

I had a persistant nail fungus for several years that other treatments and other laser treatments at another facility failed to get rid of the fungus. Kimber at Happy Clinic has done what others could not do - destroy / eliminate the nail fungus. I highly recommend Kimber and the Happy Clinic! more
