Gutters fell off house a few months after installation 2/8/2019

Don't do any business with this unprofessional organization. Hanson's installed gutters on house in Grand Rapids. In a few months they fell off the house and damaged the roof and more. They wouldn't help remove the broken gutters and won't take any responsibility for the problem. Warranty is worthless. It took months and multiple phone calls from the time the salesman visited until the actual work was done. Very bad experience. more

Unsatisfied 10/24/2017

Signed my contract on August 23. It is now October 24 and I'm still waiting for them schedule my roof installation. I was told it would be inconvenient to have to call and reschedule if it rained. more

Roof 11/20/2015

Was very satisfied with team of project managers. The kept me informed and answered the questions that I had. There was only one concern. I was told a time frame of 48 hours that the dumpster would be picked up. After a week I had to notify Hanson's about it. more

instal roof 11/16/2015

above and beyound was the instalers and done a great job, and when they were done they called me and wanted me to come and inspect the job, everything was cleaned up. The dumpster was removed the very next day. more
