Hanson's Auto Truck & RV Rpr

I have used Hanson's several times, with mixed results. I had to bring my truck back to him several times to get the air conditioner fixed. I still had to get if finally fixed at another shop. when you try to talk to the boss, he's always on the phone. If you do get lucky enough to try to tell him your problem, the phone rings and you're left alone again. This happens all the time. The last time I was there, he was yelling at one of his mechanic right in front of several customers, including me.\r The girl in the office is extremely rude, Last time I was there she said she didn't need to help me, and I could just leave. I did. She acts like she's doing you a favor by talking to you, and you should be thankful that she even talked to you. Very unprofessional. this girl is a business ""ice cube"".\r In short, while I can see where Hanson's was at one time a class act, that time has passed. I will not go to them again for work. My time is valuable. there's too much wasted here. more

Gotta admit the owner/head mechanic treid to save me money by replacing a electronic part,but that did not work so really just wasted several days without my car.But they put in the whole tranny and within a few days I was riding again (10 days repair time).Had a ""tranny leak"" issue,took it back and it was fixed in couple hours,no charge of course.Friendly guy,office lady not so much. more
