You all have spoiled me. This child is my third in your care. We drive 25+ miles to have her treatment since you closed the office in Leavenworth. I checked "met my expectations" because I expect timely appointments and friendly staff. You truly have (had) the best interest of my children at heart. The staff at this office are such wonderful people. We were referred here by a friend of mine and I've never been unhappy about anything. My daughter is a special needs child and for her to have people that are understanding, patient and caring means the world to us and that is what you'll find at this office!! more

I thought that Madison's appointment was at 9:30 and when we arrived to check in her name was not on the computer screen. I checked at the desk and realized that I put the incorrect time in my iphone. The staff at the desk worked to fit us in. Most places would have made me make another appointment. Madison was seen after a short wait. Thanks to your staff Madison will be ready for her braces as scheduled. more

After being checked on for years to see if it was time for braces, my son got them on a couple of months ago. They have had the utmost professionalism all the way. The office staff is accommodating and fun too. We've gotten in and out in a timely manner every time. When the braces were put in, the doctor called twice to check on my son. I haven't experienced that in years, perhaps never. This place goes above and beyond the call of duty! more
