I have operated an equipment service business for over 25 years and recognize EXCELLENT service when I see it! I am generally not a big fan of Dealer Service operations, but Hanlees is an exception to that opinion. Adam Mejia did an outstanding job of coordinating and following through on a difficult intermittent problem with my Santa Fe. more

Damaged my vehicle 2/7/2014

Protective coat (inside & out) that I paid extra for was not done. Since it was not done in the first place, there is surface damage to my new car. When I took it back to get done my back up camera was out of alignment & the rear hatch is loose. more

Fast friendly fair service for my Hyundai 2/7/2014

Brought in my 2011 Tuson for some regular maintenance and warranty issue. They were friendly, explained the service and did the repairs. Provided me a loaner when a part was needed and returned the car cleaner than when I took it in. Great experience. more

6 Month/5K Maintenance service 1/24/2014

this was my 2nd visit as I put close to 9K miles on my 2013 Sonata. I always go on weekday (near to my work place), schedule the appointment in advance but was mostly able to do on short notice. Both time In and out in an hour. staff were very friendly. they also did out complimentary car wash. the only reason I am giving it 4 star because wireless internet was not available for my 2nd visit which allow me to work while I was waiting for my service to be done unlike first visit. I was told some network issue and IT was called but great place. no other issue till now. more

Fast oil change 11/8/2013

I drove in to Hanlees's to have my oil changed and was greeted immediately by Paul. The oil was changed right away and I was on my way. The waiting room has two TV's with cable and hot coffee was in the pot, pretty good service I'd say. I also like how plastic is put on the driver's seat to protect the leather. more
