I came on the recommendation of a friend. I drove 25 minutes to get there. Upon arrival Gerald was standing in the work area talking with someone, as I got out of the car I could hear it was a personal conversation not auto repair related. I went into the office and another customer was checking out which took about 2 minutes. The lady behind the counter asked how could she help, I told her that I spoke with Gerald yesterday about my auto, she said just a minute, she went out and told him I was there. He continued his conversation with the other customer for nearly 10 minutes before he even acknowledged I was there. In our conversation the day before I told him I could not get the expensive part he was requesting that I get, and he said we would discuss options when I got there. Well because I would not get what he wanted me to get he handed me my keys and told me to go to another mechanic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. more

It was time for the 1st oil change in my new car. I got the full service oil change. Once finished I left and noticed my car was leaking oil. Took it back and they took the drip pan off and cleaned up the spilled oil. The next day I noticed oil on the garage floor. Took it back again and the owner said they had spilled oil on the engine and he refused to clean it up OR refund my money. I went to the dealership and they cleaned up his sloppy work. more
