We hired him to fix up some damaged molding in our dining room and he was able to nearly replicate the existing molding with ease. Beyond the work, Brian was quick to respond and extremely courteous. In an area where there are a lot of contractors just looking to make a buck, it was refreshing to have someone we know we can trust to come in and get a project accomplished around the house without excessive costs or constant issues with communication. Brian did all the work himself, from demolishing the existing wall between the two small rooms, through the porcelain tile installation, through the electrical work (in which he installed 9 recessed lighting fixtures in the ceiling and a brand-new lighting fixture over our sink), through the plumbing work (in which he moved the position of our dishwasher, hooked up a water line to our new refrigerator, re-routed main pipes to allow us larger kitchen cabinets, and reinstalled the disposal/water lines in our new sink), through the installation of all brand-new cabinets and a full-sized pantry, through the installation of three new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, and over-the-stove microwave), through painting, moulding, and touch-up work to complete the project. Brain was extremely professional throughout the process and offered us excellent suggestions and alternatives we hadn't considered. Brian was extremely hard-working when he was in our house and cleaned up during and after his work tremendously. Brian fielded our questions and comments graciously and truly worked to satisfy our needs and wants on this project. He was very thorough when he came ahead of time to see our projects and provided a clear written breakdown of the items and estimated costs ahead of time. He was also very helpful in providing good suggestions for accomplishing the work which largely entailed maintenance and weatherization of three exterior doors. Brian and his helper were very prompt, careful, and hard working when they came to accomplish the work and cleaned things up well after they were done. I'm very glad to have discovered a reliable, proficient, and trustworthy handyman we can call on for those projects we do not want to tackle on our own. I hired Brian to replace our porch, prior to the sell of our house. he replaced all the wood and primed the wood prior to the weather setting in, in december. I call him, now that the season has changed for warmer weather and he came out the same week to apply the final coats. Look great and I'm sure that it will add to the value of the house and street appeal, as the house is now on the market. more

09/24/10 Review by Lola H. in Arnold, MD Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile The best thing that ever happen to me was contracting with Brian Boyle. He remodel of my upstairs bathroom. Brian Boyle is about business, a man of his word, and his work is exceptional. In fact, when he finished with the my bathroom. I contracted his services to re-do my entire house. You should see it !!! My guest rooms look like a five stair hotel suites. My wooded floors are great, he painted, input molding, light fixtures, etc. If you need someone that provides the services you "see" on the TV, like Holmes on Homes, contact Brian ...you will not be disappointed. more
