best vacuum EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12/16/2010

I have just purchased my second Handy Andy's vacuum. I am going to keep one upstairs and one downstairs. It is absolutely the BEST VACUUM AND SERVICE you can buy. I am constantly cleaning up after 3 golden retrievers and this product is a godsend. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! I completely recommend this vacuum. Also, in this day and age, where the focus doesn't appear to be on the customer the entire staff at Handy Andy's breaks that mold. They are extremely professional and personal. Once again...worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Handy Andy's is a neighborhood store that never forgets what's important- customers and quality.\r \r The vacuums are of excellent quality and have seen me through 4 kids, 5 guinea pigs and a dog! best product, excellent customer service, best product warranty this company and it's vacum are like a dream I cannot go a day without this vaccum I will never use another brand again well worth every penny and more for the best deep down clean I have ever seen including commercial vacums my handy andy's strenght and suction power has to be seen to belive its absolutly wonderfully amazing I love it! best thing my husband has brought home yet more

this vac has great suction and cleaning ability. i get quick ,dependable, frendly service each time i go there. i would not go anywhere else. once you try it you'll know what i'm talking about. best bet for quality and money. Pros: i purchased my handy andy vac in 2002. it is the best! more

I have not found a better vacuum than the Handy Andy vacuum. They are the only vacuum that I will ever own since nothing cleans as well. The service at Handy Andy's cannot be beat. We have been using Handy Andy’s vacuum for 10 years. Well made quality product. The service is very good and they stand by what they sell with the free performance tune up.\r Pros: Quality,Service,and easy to use Cons: Higher priced but you get what you pay for more

Excellent vacuum, excellent service 5/11/2009

We used to buy a new vacuum every 2 years or so. We had all the new, highly recommended brands and pretty soon, they started to work less and less and we had to buy yet a new one. Then we chanced onto the Handy Andy's vacuum. At first, I thought it was too pricey but now I am convinced it is well worth it. It works as well now as on the first day we got it. Plus we just got a tuneup (free of charge) and now the vacuum seems to be brand new. If you want a vacuum that works all the time, for a long way to come, this is the vacuum for you. Pros: Sturdy construction, works extremely well, great service Cons: Pricey (but worth it in the long run) more

Excellent Product and Service!! 5/6/2009

It is no secrect why Handy Andy's is so well known and respected in New Bedford. It's the great service and their superior vacuums. My new Handy Andy's brand vacuum is the best I have ever owned. I have had it for 5 years and still have never had to have any work done to it. I have owned a Dyson and a Kirby and I must say that neither of them can compare to a Handy Andy's vacuum! Best Vacuum I've ever had and best service as well! 4/21/2009

I bought my vacuum from Handy Andy's many years ago. I have needed very little servicing. This vacuum appears to be quite a work horse as like the energizer bunny just keeps going! I have dogs, cats & kids, and plenty to vacuum! The staff has always gone overboard to make sure I am happy and service is prompt and pleasant! Pros: A quality vacuum with the best service around! Cons: a little more money, but worth it. Payment plans available! more

Best Quality for the Price 4/1/2009

You may say...screw that to the price of a Handy Andy's Vacuum but if you do the math...add in the service and location !!! It's worth every dime you spend and it works just as it says it will. Plus you get the 'backing' from the company....right on your back door !!!!! Pros: Everything Cons: Price...but worth every dime over the long run more

They manufacture what I feel is the best general vacuum cleaner I've ever used. Lightweight, great suction and built tough. They proudly stand behind their product with confidence and clearly understand that their customers are #1. You'll never need to make the dreaded ""vacuum cleaner decision"" again. Pros: Great product & outstanding service Cons: Price is higher than expected but worth every penny more
