This is not close to any other store I shop at, so when I DID go it was to go just there...and I even mentioned to the two bored sales ladies that I was SO excited to find anoth...

Vancouver Hancock Fabrics 9/18/2008

I have found a poor selection of fabric and even poorer customer service. There is often only one employee on the floor and today after waiting over 10 min. at the cutting counter, when the one employee tended the the ever growing line of customers at the cash register, I left never to return. This was despicable treatment of employee and customers alike. When I left there were growing lines at both counters and this is not the first time. They need to run the business or close it. more

A nice little store 4/6/2006

The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is well organized and clean. They have a large selection of fabrics a small assortment of cross stitching paraphanalia, lots of quilting equipment, sewing machines etc. The prices are reasonable, and they usually seem to have a nice selection of stuff on clearance. more
