Hanabi Japanese Restaurant

I'm always excited about trying out new restaurants so when I came across the ad for Hanabi, I decided to give it a try. My wife and I are sushi fanatics so right away we jumped to the sushi menu, and immediately we were impressed with the variety of rolls they had available. My family ened up sharing a variety of dishes from appetizers, bento box, to sushi, and I tell you what... everything was absolutely delicious! My children really liked the gyozas & chicken teriyaki, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sushi and the maki rolls. (try the hanabi & funny rolls) It's become one of my new favorites! My husband and I saw a flyer for an ""all you can eat"" sushi special for $25. We are both sushi lovers, so we decided to check this place out. We were expecting the sushi to be pre-made for this special, but no such thing. Everything was made to order and the sushi was not only fresh, but the presentation of their specialty maki rolls was amazing. It seriously looked like art. My favorite was the ""Wake Up"" roll and the BBQ Salmon roll. We have already been back 2 more times and tried their teriyaki, fried rice, and of course, their maki rolls. Their food is very flavorful and fresh. I would say this is one of Nashville's ""must try"" restaurants.
