I wish I was given a warning about this policy...\r
I booked a room through http://priceline.com for a 2 night business trip. The decor and comfort level of the room was great. The variety of breakfast food for the breakfast (6:00-10:00 am) in the lobby was refreshing since I was staying more than one night. However, I ended up with a SMOKING room, when I specifically booked a NONSMOKING room. \r

Apparently that is no guarantee. My flight arrived late, therefore my check in time was around 10 pm. The hotel staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate by wish, however there were no more nonsmoking rooms for the two nights. I had a choice of three rooms, each of which I investigated and took the less of the three evils. Slept with the windows opened and burned a travel candle that I always travel with. (I was reminded why I did that on this trip!). The staff also offered Frebreeze and a fan. But smoke is smoke. Double yuck!! Booo!
