The Management Has over nine year's of runing aptment's and the old maintence did to but the only down fall is that he was only one man trying to take care of the land scaping an geting the aptment ready for a new move in an all the work order's so be for you started to bash any body maybe you should stop bitching about all the littile thang's an be thankfulle for a place to stay? The worst place. 8/15/2008

This is the worst place I have EVER stayed. The owner lives in a different state making it almost impossible to get anything fixed. The management is VERY unexperienced, and it is apparent. The maintence people are incompatent and can't even complete simple tasks. The laundry facility is very poor, the pool is always green, the fence is all busted up, and the roofing is very poor. The biggest MISTAKE I have ever made. Counting the months till my lease is up. Pros: Theres a gas station across the street? Cons: Almost everything. more
