In the time I lived here I had more plumbing problems than I knew what to do with, and the management let people get away with just about anything. It was terrible.

The worst apartments 9/1/2009

The apartment management does not listen. They have familys of 5 in one bedroom apartments. and our vehicles get scratched and sit on, I cant even walk to my car with out being scared and stared at, There is no place to park becouse they have so many people living in a one bedroom apartment and they all have junky cars that they dont care about . beercans everywhere in the back of my truck , I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST ENEMY TO LIVE HERE.! Lax management 3/31/2008

Watch out for the deposit program 3/22/2008

I was happy with the apartment in general and all my neighbors were nice. It was nice to be able to walk my dog along the creek behind the apartments. It's a good location if you have to commute. \r \r The reason I wouldn't recommend it is because I ended up getting sent to collections because they charged me all these unwarranted fees when I moved out. Not to mention, they hooked up with some company that says they can offer you a deposit for $75, but don't tell you that if you break the lease they will send you to collections and charge you about $650 bucks. more
