Nice work Nice guy! 3/20/2014

We have a new carpet and a new puppy. Well the dog pull up a hole in the carpet. Not to worry we called Hammond Knoll and they sent out Tim. He did a great job and fast. No one will ever know. Thanks Tim. Very happy. :) more

The service from Hammond Knoll is very, very good. Part of the condo is carpeted and they did a very good job cleaning it. This is the second time we've used them and the service is good. more

Very professional job 2/28/2014

Alex was the technician who cleaned and restored the tile in our master bathroom. He was very professional and explained in detail the whole process. He arrived right on time,was very careful with his equipment and left the bathroom and shower like new. We would welcome him back anytime more

Top of the Line 2/27/2014

I recently had my two sofas cleaned by Hammond Knoll. This would be the 2nd time I hav had the same service. I was realistic in my expectations for the project and was pleased that they far surpassed my expections. From time to time the firm has cleaned my carpets and their staff has always been careful with my furnishings and experienced in their knowledge. more

Great job on my carpets 2/18/2014

I had my carpets cleaned, and as usual, they did a great job. I have a black lab that likes to rub around the base of our bed which is a microfiber base. It now looks new after hammond knoll cleaned it. more

Better than expected 2/11/2014

My carpet was fairly dirty after all the years of not having it thoroughly cleaned, so I decided to go ahead and call up Hammond Knoll and see what they could do. After they finished, I'm surprised I did not contact them sooner. Their work is fabulous and I recommend them to anyone looking to clean their carpet. more

The person who did the job is very nice and knowlogible. The only thing I would suggest is if we can have more choice on the finish. I like the slate to be shine in stead of matt. If there are pictures which showing the different finish For costumer to choose that will be very nice. It is also expensive. more

It was not easy finding a professional, knowledgeable company to trust with cleaning our first antique rug. I happened upon HK after speaking with another company that appeared to be what I was looking for. Since they were going to close temporarily for cleaning, they told me about HK. After speaking with the professional about my rug and what we wanted, I felt relieved to have found such a great company. Their staff that picked up & delivered the rug was also extremely professional, punctual and friendly. We are delighted with our rug and wouldn't hesitate to use HK again in the future. I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, chemical free care of Persian rugs. To top it off, I so appreciate being able to use the on-line coupon to help with the cost!! more

We found carpet beetles on our oriental rug, and called in a bit of a panic. They came out right away, and cleaned and treated the carpet. We got it back quickly and the people were friendly and courteous. more

HK arrived on time and measured all rooms to be cleaned. Options were clearly explained. Cleaning was done very thoroughly with special attention to areas needing extra work. We were very satisfied with the job done and will use HK again, and recommend them to friends. more
