We had a leak in one of our toilets and when your plumber arrived he efficiently diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation and then checked all of our toilets to be sure a similar situation had not occurred with them. He was very efficient with his work. more

The technician that came unclogged the main pipe and gave me some good advice on what should only go down the drain, even down to the type of tissue o use. He also discovered that i had a mold problem from the previous overflows of my toilet and advised me to call for mold testing. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. more

I had a few AC units replaced and put in and I wasn't nervous at all because I know the technicians are more than competent. You can tell that they are trained well and they were able to fully educate me on the unit and how they did things. A+! more

This company charged me $144 to "replace toilet supply"'. Turns out a toilet supply is a $5 hose that is screwed onto the tank of the toilet and the water pipe. It was not explained this was a simple repair that did not need to be done by a plumber. When I emailed the owner to ask that the bill be adjusted to reflect the cost of the part and and the 3 minute installation time, I was told they were a high quality service provider not a low cost one, and was offered a $25 credit - which I did not accept. I am not sure how much quality it takes to screw on a hose, but $144 for this was highway robbery! more

There when you need them! 5/30/2010

Our upstairs AC went out on Friday night at 7pm just as I was about to put our babies down for the night! I grabbed the yellow pages and called Hammond because it said 24 hour emergency service. They called me back within minutes and someone was at hour house in an hour. They are very honest and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone! We have previously used another company but signed up with Hammond for their maintenance program because we were so impressed! They saved us from a very long night with 2 babies in our bed with us downstairs! more

Hammond Services is a Company You Can trust 12/19/2009

I've been using Hammond Services for my Plumbing and HVAC for several years now. I just used their Electrical service for the first time. Wayne, the Electrician they sent out was very professional and thorough. As usual, Hammond did not disappoint me.
