I do not recommend this company and warn potential consumers to stay away. We used them for a renovation that went horribly wrong due to their misrepresentation and lack of ability to perform. The work was sub-par, the bid was unbelievably inaccurate & their treatment unprofessional. To add insult to injury, I found charges - belonging to other clients - that had been erroneously billed to us & amounted to several thousand dollars. These builders built a very large and intrusive home in my neighborhood. Throughout the building process they failed to respond to issues that effected the neighborhood, and were belligerent and rude when approached. I have no idea how these men get clients . They misrepresented their intentions from the beginning and hid issues from the community and the homeowner throughout the process. We are thrilled with our new neighbor,, and extremely grateful to have Hammond and Brandt out of our neighborhood. Pros: - Cons: too many to list more

Hammond and Brandt are the WORST contractors that I have ever dealt with. Their lack of follow through on EXTREMELY important issues, attempts to renig on contracted services, and lack of respect for the community in which they are building should be taken into consideration when looking for a contractor in the high end market to which they are TRYING to appeal .. These builders are extremely unsophisticated and lack the vision to compete in the high end market ... My experience and that of ALL of the people living in the neighborhood in which my home was built was absolute HORRIBLE. There are no words to explain the horrible experience that I have had with these men who CLAIM to be able to deliver the calibre of service that more
