I'm currently a resident of Hamlet Ct. Yes the apartments are verynice with laundry facilities inside. The rent seems to be going up $20.00 a year but so is everything else in our lives. The only real downside i can think of no intercom system. But we just recieved word they will be installing those this summer also recarpeting and painting the hallways. The location Verrrry close to everything is what. Pizzahut & Burgerking are walking distance. around the corner from expressways, airport, walmart, wegmans. This is a prime location. i will be moving soon and will miss Hamlet Court Apartments. Pros: heat/hot water included close to everything!!! Cons: parking can sometimes be a drag if u come home late more
