After living in one of their apartments for a year and never getting anything fixed unless it was done by me, having the trash never taken out despite the rats crawling around all day and night, and having my building engineer say "I don't know what to tell you" after I informed him that water was leaking into my apartment and forming a puddle, I will NEVER do business with Hallmark and Johnson again. more
