We attempted to get a repair done at Hallmark Dodge VW Hyundai. They failed to have the part on hand the first time, even though they diagnosed the problem and scheduled the appointment. The failed to have the same part on the second visit, even though the manager had said it was in. They failed to have the same part available a THIRD time, even though we verified on the phone directly with the same manager that it was there. The last time, the excuse was that they had ordered and received the part, but could not find it. They offered us a ""bronze"" car wash (which left dead insects on the car, and crumbs on the seats even though they claimed it has a hand-done ""detailing"" that included vacuuming), and an oil change. Small compensation for around TWELVE hours of wasted time on our part.
