I have no problems with their pick-up and delivery service. I was reading that other guys review, and he must have never called them. They don't have ESP! Call them and they will take care of you!\r It also helps that my driver is one of the nicest guys I've had to deal with. My first delivery was my wedding gown, and now more of my finer clothing. I love this place!\r But seriously, if you have an issue, call them!! Pros: I love my driver! Cons: A little expensive for my JC Penny dry cleaning. more

Made me wait at home 2 Saturdays.... 9/29/2006

They said they delivered downtown on Saturdays. I waited on two consecutive Saturdays for their delivery. They never came, they never called to tell me they weren't coming. I had to waste two of the last nice Saturdays of the season indoors waiting for them.\r \r This is service? Pros: They are cleaners, they cleaned my bag. Congrats! Cons: Luxury prices, questionable service. more

Excellent Service 5/18/2006

Hallak did a beautiful job of tailoring my wedding dress from a size 8 to a size 2. They came highly recommended by my wedding dress designer, Michelle Roth. Prices are reasonable and service is so friendly and professional. They also store fur coats at reasonable prices. more
