While I do understand that everyone is in business to make a living....when you are traveling to an area to do multiple jobs it is BAD business to charge each person 1 hour for drive time. Got me once, will never get me again. 250 quote turned into almost 400 and I was NOT warned that I would pay 85.00 for the drive in addition to all the small charges that added up quite nicely. more

Something has changed 10/18/2008

After previuos positive experience, I tried to schedule a service call this week. In all of my 38 years, I've never received worse customer service. They have lost a good customer. Billingsley set up an appt for me on the spot and answered questions Hall couldn't answer in 3 days. more

Something has changed 10/17/2008

After past good experience, I received the worst customer service of my life this week while trying to schedule a service call. Not sure what has happened to them, but it has caused them to lose a good customer. more

prompt, quality work 12/12/2005

One Sunday, my well decided to quit working and I had no idea who to call. Hall was recommended to me and they were willing to come out on a Sunday. They came out, gave me a quote to find the problem, then gave me a quote on fixing the problem. Which they promptly did. They waived the price of finding the problem since they did the work to fix it. They stayed until the work was complete - I was shocked. I thought they would have to wait until "business hours" on Monday. When I asked around later, I found that most in my area recommend Hall for their plumbing needs. more
