I purchased a flat stone for my mother's grave, but it was installed incorrectly when it was incased in cement by someone from Hall Monument. As a result, one corner stuck slightly above ground. That corner was damaged by the cemetery's lawnmower so my mother's new grave marker was chipped. I contacted Mr. Terjal by certified letter, asking him to replace the stone since they incorrectly installed it, which led to it being damaged. I received no reply. The stone was replaced without Hall Monument's help, and I will never make the mistake of buying from them again.
