Hall & Jenkins Well Drilling

Had to get a second opinion for our pump ,first company said burned up pump. So called Hall & Co. he came right away and this time he went over everything ,the good and the ""burned up pump wasn't and walked us through our system inside and out! GREAT SERVICE!!!! WE are looking at this company to do our next well in the future!!!! more

We were having well issues from the day we moved into our home. The well water would get black and nasty then clear up. But this last time it would not clear up. We thought that we would have to have a new well drilled. So we called a few paces to get an estimet. They came out and gave us prices that ranged from $6,500 and up. Rod came out and took a look and he suggested that we just pull the pump and let the well run. We did that and the well cleared up. Rod was very professonal. He took time out of his weekend to help us get the well cleared up. He stopped by and checked on us while we were pumping the well and gave us options on what needed to be done if the well cleared up or if it didn't. We ended up replacing the tank, lines, added a in home filter and lowered the pump into the well. I would highly reccomend Hall and Jenkins Well and Drilling for any job. We would definately use them again if we have any future problems. Great Job!! more

We couldn't be happier with the quality of service provided by Hall and Jenkins Well Drilling. Mr. Jenkins was honest, knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely courteous and worked quickly to keep us without water for as short a time as possible as he drilled and connected our new well. We live in an area known for rocky layers and difficult drilling and Mr. Jenkins did an exceptional job getting us a new, clean water supply. He carefully researched the best well pump for our well and explained completely what our best options were so that we could make an informed choice. We would highly recommend him to everyone! more

We got a quote from Hall and Jenkins late last summer to drill a well for our new construction. They said all along that they would complete the job. Last fall they said to wait until winter so that the ground would freeze before drilling. I have been in contact with the company on a weekly basis checking in. In a couple instances, one of the employees spent an entire phone conversation complaining to me about the weather conditions and how he didn't know how he would get the job done. He promptly called back apologizing and explaining that he's ""never let a job go before and won't let it happen this time."" At this point, I felt reassured. I called in January to confirm that the first 2 weeks of February would be a good time to drill the well and all was good, except he wanted the land smoothed out in the potential well spot. We paid a contractor to do this and on the day that the well was supposed to be drilled, I get a phone message from Hall and Jenkins saying that he will not do the well after all and to find someone new and to ""have a great weekend."" I am extremely disappointed that we were strung along this entire 6 + months only to find out on the day of service that we have to find a new contractor. I strongly discourage people looking for a well contractor to look elsewhere and to not do business with Hall and Jenkins. more
