halina's in round rock is the place to go to get away from it all. i love the body scrub/massage, as well as the mani/pedi. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and there is no problem with parking or traffic getting there as i've experienced at other spas downtown. When my friends and i go, we book our appointments around the same time and arrive early to use the steam room, pool and hot tub. You will love the experience at Halina's! more

The WORST customer care! The client is treated like dirt. This is NOT a place for pampering. If you want to feel as though you are being punished, bring your money here. Get ready to be greeted by someone with no social skills. A little finishing school is needed for the staff. more

Great hair cut! 2/20/2010

I got 12 inches got off my hair to donate and Erin gave me a fun, new short hairstyle that I love!!! I had a great experience at Halina's and will be going back! more

The atmosphere is relaxing & the staff is professional & friendly. My hairstylist, Leah, is the best, she makes me feel relaxed & comfortable. She listens to me and gives me the look that I am looking for. I highly recommend this establishment. more

This place is GREAT!! They have great friendly staff, they are always smiling and upbeat from the receptionist to other employees. The place is always clean, parking is not a prob!!! I go there to get my hair done by Ms Pam. She takes really good care of my hair and gets me in and out in a timely manner every time. She focuses on me the whole time, makes me feel like Royalty!! They are also very flexibel with scheduling, great customer service!! They also reward you for referring and being a loyal customer.So make sure you go there and get pampered! more

Good: service. Bad: nothing. Improvements: parking. Other: I love this place: they have great friendly staff, they are always smiling and upbeat from the receptionist to other workers. The place is always clean, even the outside and parking is not that bad. I go there to get my hair done by my stylist Ms Pam. She takes really good care of my hair and gets me in and out in a timely manner every time. I never spent more than 1 hour and a half there because she focuses on me the whole time. They are also very flexible, I had to change my appointment one day because. more

so nice to find a great spot in round rock. I used to live in DT austin and there are a lot of choice there. I was impressed at how beautiful the place was and how great my services were. I'll be there every 4 weeks! Reasonable prices, great service. Thanks. more
