Lived for 1.5 years\r \r - Burglary at my apartment while I was living in apt #103, car stolen, TV, laptops, wallet cell phone taken all this happened while we were sleeping on the second floor.\r \r - When I moved out the apartment I got it thoroughly cleaned, got the carpet shampooed, still got a bill of $2000 after move out where all my $600 deposit was held and I have been asked to pay $1400.\r \r - Management is poor, both husband and wife who manage the property are very rude.\r \r more

Good Apartments 11/10/2010

I Liked the place and I thought the Managers were pretty nice to me. I stayed here almost two years while I was going to school, the property is not flashy or new, but it is maintained pretty well and any maintenance problems got fixed relatively quickly. more

manager scam you out of desposit 9/28/2006

Do your research BEFORE you go there... 8/23/2004

Exactly as the people say - the managers' attitude changed drasticly after we gave them a moving out notice.. They became rude and ice-cold. We are young couple without kids/pets, and we ketp our app. REALLY clean.. Despite this fact, we were charged for over $500 when we moved out. Blinds (I stiil don't knos what was wrong..), kitchen counter damage, etc. I with I read the reviews before we moved in.. NEVER AGAIN! more
