Where do I begin? Rich, the owner, needs some lessons regarding customer satisfaction. Unsatisfied he said order from somewhere else. And Indeed I will. I ordered a beef sandwich, xdry, (bread) not beef (Duh! didn't want bread soup.) I got an 8+ inch roll with exactly 2.4oz of xdry crispy beef ""jerky"". That 2.4 oz made way less than 1/4 of a sandwich of xdry crispy beef jerky. I have vouchers for previous unacceptable food that I have never used. Unused because, you know, spitting on your food or......worse. This is, HANDS DOWN, THE WORST place, CONSISTENTLY, that we have ordered from. Instead of the owners response of ""order from somewhere else"", as a manager myself, I would have sent over a replacement meal to satisfy a customer who has repeatedly been unsatisfied. I know it sounds like maybe I am never satisfied, not true, only with 1/2 Time. Consistently and repeatedly, They suck! Even my neighbor says it's hit or miss.
