My buddy and I rented 2 segways for 2 hours each. One of the segways just stopped working while we were riding after an hour and 15 minutes. One of the girls came to get us after waiting for over an hour and said that the segway malfunctioned and that she has to take it back and she mentiones that there will be a $10 rescue fee???? Really you want to charge me becasue your segway broke down, so my buddy follows her on the segway back to the office while I spent $7 on cab fare getting back. Once at the office they didn't want to do anything for us, no refund no credit nothing. They just gave us the phone number of their boss and once I called him he says our segways never break down and hung up the phone in my face. Please pay a bit extra and don't rent anything from those animals. They have no customer service what so ever they know you are from out of town and can't do anything about it. They waisted 2 hours of our time and did nothing for us. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THEM THIS BY FAR WAS THE WORST CUSTOME SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! \r Oh and the Owner of course is not going to reply, Because he is scum! Worst of the Worst!\r \r more

We (four friends and I) bought a 3 days and 2 nights cruise to Las Bahamas. It was confirmed for May 18th, 2013; however, two days before that date, the staff of Half Price told us that there would not be the cruise. We were disappointed by that and request the refund, but they said that refund is not a policy of the company. \r \r We are tourists and only a refund was applicable because our flight to back home was schedule by May 22nd. At the present time we have not received any refund, in other words, the company Half Price Trip defrauded us.\r \r Besides, the staff was very rude, we were treated in the worst manner and we had to waste money that we didn’t have. We have already made a Police Report (in Miami) against this company, and we won’t stop till we have our money back.\r more

Segways are a blast 10/31/2011

Segways have to be one of the most entertaining inventions ever, and convenient! Me and my family had a blast riding around Miami on these things, I felt bad for the people walking, they were envious. more

Had a nice shopping experience at dolphin mall, I didn't know it was far from Miami but I got a ride with Half Price Tour Ticket's dolphin mall shuttle, got lots of nice things for my house back home,thanks. more

just one word horrrrrrrrrrrible .. the sales man was a nice guy but exagerated a little ....we got stranded on key west for over 4 hours because the bus broke down no refound no manager this was the worse vacation i had so far only because HALF PRICE TOUR TIKETS dont EVER recomend it more

The WORST Tour Company on Miami Beach 7/31/2011

My wife and I bought a tour thru this company. The tour bus stopped at every hotel on the beach which was approx 1-1/2 wait total. After about 1 hour on the oldest bus ever, the bus then breaks down. The tour guy said the buses break down all the time. Basically had to take a cab back to the hotel. BEWARE do not use Infinity Tour or sister company Half Price Tours. Sam more

Superb Time 7/4/2011

We had a fabulous time. Best part of our trip to Miami Beach. Harry was great and Mario was very fun. So glad we spent the money. My husband turned 50 that day!!!!!! What a way to celebrate !!!!! There were 11 of us. Wish we could have stayed together more

It was amazing, I would definitely recommend it to everyone! It was one of the best things I have ever done and I think it is really worth spending a little more money to do a trip like this - it was worth every penny. Our driver Harry was fantastic and made the whole day really special. more

Segways rule 7/4/2011

Being raised in France there aren’t so many beaches or great weather, still very nice places to visit though, I went on vacation in south beach and found this company, ive never been on a segway before but those things are just such a blast. I bought 3 and had them shipped to my house. Thanks to half price tour tickets my children love them, and no one else has them here. haha more
