Hi, I wanted to write and share my experience I had yesterday, Oct. 26th. I recently discovered my car registration on my leased 2009 Altima, was due to expire at the end of October and I had not received renewal paperwork from the Main Headquarters of Nissan. I called the 800# last week and was told they had not received the paperwork from NJ Motor Vehicle and they suggested I call back in 4-5 days. I felt that wouldn't be enough time to get the renewal. So I decided to stop by dealership to see if they could expedite the process. My salesman David Borden immediately sprang into action, he made a phone and then left to go get the processed renewal card for me. What a nice caring sales person. If it weren't for him, I would still be waiting for the renewal. I can't say enough good about him. He is truly a superior sales person and individual. Also during the short wait, I had the pleasure of talking with another sales person, Aida, she was very friendly and supportive. What a great team of experts at this dealership. Keep up the good Customer Service relations.
