The Sushi chefs were charming! Atmosphere great! But the food...oh the food...so tasty so fresh so delicious! Move over Katana, Geisha House, and all u "others"...Hakobe is the spot for EXCELLENT sushi. Pros: The Hakobe is to DIE for!! The prices MAKE SENSE!! Cons: Not next door to me...so that I can just pop in all the time more

Its the Spot 2B! If you want to go to a spot and feel you're at a cottage, hidden, safe, quiet and very low key private but with a great atmosphere and amazing people this is the spot to be. Not only is the food AMAZING and the chef's are BOMB (they are way cool, down with the new) the owner (man) is a sweetheart and loves to take care of everyone and make you feel at home. Environment is astonishing & very perplex. I highly recommend couples, dates, and friends to go, kick back and enjoy a night out as well all need to take time & enjoy life once a while. CheerS! Cons: Dont think there is any more

First and foremost I have traveled the world and tried Sushi in most States, and various Counties, not to mention L.A. big names (Katsuya, Katana, Koi) However, the sushi at Haboke is far superior in every category from these overpriced competitors. Not only was the sushi the freshest I've had, the service was impeccable, beautiful ambiance, and the rolls were vary affordablely priced. Good for families, and a great way to start a wild night on the town. I definitely recommend the spicy tuna tempera rolls!!!! Pros: Amazing Spicy Tuna Roll Cons: There is not more Haboke's in LA more

Why haven't I heard of this place?!? Hakobe in Beverly Hills manages to finally get it right. Some of LA's best sushi (on par with all the big names) AND FANTASTIC service. This is not your typical Hollywood sushi experience. We were truly impressed by both the menu (try the Hakobe or Beverly Roll) and the delicious customized assortment of fish that their chef personally prepared just for us. If you're going to be paying Beverly Hills prices, this is the level of quality and service you should expect from a dining experience. Minus half a star for difficult parking, valet is definitely your best bet. Pros: The Sushi Chef, Huge Sake Menu, World class Service Cons: No street parking on La Cienega, Not open for lunch more
