I will never return to this salon. When I first arrived, my friend and I waited about 10 minutes before we even saw anybody. The manicurist came out and sat at her table and didn't even ask if we were all set. We waited another ten minutes and my hair stylist came out [Ashlyn Rogers]. She took me back to the chair I told her I wanted an elegant updo and pretty much all she did was hot roll my hair and bobby pin it up. As soon as I left, it started falling out and by the time I got home it had completely fell out. I paid 50 dollars to get my hair done that I had to do myself anyways. I called back before all of it fell out, she didn't know how to make me happy but to offered to pay me back half my money. When it all fell out we contacted them again and told her not to cash the check I wrote directly to her, and she did. Needless to say, this is more frustration and stress than I bargained for. Definitely do not recommend.
REPLY TO HAIRWORX:
Since my mother is a license hairdresser, I know that an updo should at least stay up. The service I got was not worth $50 and it was not worth the headache afterward. I don't want to write back and forth, but I thought your reply was very unprofessional and the way I was treated that day last spring was unprofessional as well. I don't appreciate my name being published in your response, I only wrote the hairdresser's because it was a review about her and your salon. I hope that potential clients that read this will realize how unprofessional that statement was. All I'll say is, I did not have a good experience, no one tried to make it a good experience, and therefore I will not advertise your salon or recommend it, and I have a right to my own opinion.
