I have been a happy, well satifsfied customer there for 35 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else as they have it all!!. They constantly go to seminars on hair/beauty care and are on top of everything and you feel like part of the family when you are there. Everyone is friendly which is a huge plus as that makes you feel warm and wonderful and know you are in the right place to be. I have nothing but the upmost to say for the gals there and I would never be happy having my hair done anywhere but at the hair Salon. It is even worth traveling a distance to get there just to have your hair done - say like even a trip from Cape Cod - nothing could be finer than that!!!!! Pros: Worth traveling for to get the best ""do"" ever!!!! more

Worth the 56 mile commute! 9/25/2008

For over 20 years, I have made the pilgrimage from Fairfield County to Windsor, CT for the best hair customer service in the state. I could have easily gone to any Fairfield County even NYC Salon, yet I choose to drive over an hour to this hidden gem off of 91; Poquonock Ave to be precise. The staff are seasoned pros who stay atop of cutting edge styles and techniques, the salon is spotless, their product line is very impressive yet extensive and the gals at the Hair Salon know how to make a mean cup of java! Even Tabitha, from Bravo! would be impressed by their suave and coveted salon practices!! I have only been treated with the upmost respect, friendliness, and professionalism...If you have gone to the Hair Salon, you definitely understand. If you have not, you will understand why I drive over an hour every 6 weeks to visit the ladies at the Hair Salon! Pros: Easily, the best hair care in the state of Connecticut Cons: Not a shop in Fairfield County...hint hint :) more

Nicest salon environment 9/25/2008

The gals are great! The salon is always comfortable so you can relax while getting beautified. It's always clean and cheery and the music is fabulous! Pros: Service, quality, atmosphere more

Friendly Salon, very proffessional and clean. Good at color correction, fixed my mess. Very relaxing to be in their chairs. relaxing music. very diverse staff. Pros: loved my experiece, now a repeat customer more

Horrible People! 9/24/2007

I used to go in there and buy product they do have a great selection. I was always treated as if I was going to rob them. Last time I was in there I gave them my card to charge and I signed my signature and was told it's not acceptable that I had to PRINT my name on the reciept. I told them I've never been treated so rudely and that I'd never go back in and I never did. I would spend on average $50 to $60 dollars every two weeks on products. I'd never recommend this business and I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this. Don't do there people!! more
