From the time I walked in this salon and spa, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful and very professional. My stylist Laura Phillips (she is new to the salon) introduced herself and did a thorough consultation with some new suggestions for my new cut and highlights. They use CHI hair color, you know, the people that make the flat irons, it gives beautiful shiny results without the smell of the usual hair color. I love what she did with my hair! When I walked thru the door I could see the WOW factor of this salon. It's very tranquil and relaxing. The Colors in the salon are beautiful and warm. This is a salon where they invite the entire family to come in and see for themselves what healthy alternative they offer. I went in because i had a friend refer me to a stylist named Laurie. She was GREAT! I told her what I wanted and she did listen to me. I couldnt believe how in tune she was with my needs. I was inquiring about color but was afraid of the chemicals and toxins. However, she explained that all services and retail sold where ORGANIC and free of toxins and chemicals. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS, BUT WAS INTERESTED IN TRYING THE COLOR LINE. The best thing was the undivided attention that was given to me. I am very please with my color and haircut. By the way laurie is excellant with razor cuts. This salon is new and I believe she told me her 1 yr anniveresary is coming up in July. I highly recommend vistiing this salon and learning what are the professional alternative to your hair and salon environment. I was very glad my friend recommened me to The Hair Makret.
