WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! they absolutely CHOPPED my hair off, and my little sister asked to get an ombre done. paid 80 bucks for it, after the dye was on the hair dresser said she has never done it before and it is honestly the WORST dye job ive ever seen! half of her head is her natural sandy blonde and the part from her ears done is bright bleach blonde! DISGUSTED. more

Terrible service. Lady that cut my kids hair insulted them and pulled their hair hard and hacked it all up to where I had to fix it. My kids are sweet girls and never deserved the abusive behavior of this hairdresser. more

Honestly, the worst haircut I've gotten in 43 years. I'm just a regular guy with regular hair, I asked for a trim, I part it to the right and wanted to leave most of the length. The right side of my hair is so short I can't part it as usual, it's completely uneven to the other side of my head. The right side is basically shaved to 1/4 inch and the left side is 2 inches long. Completely disappointed and feel ripped off paying 12 dollars. When I complained this was not what I asked for, I was told I have a cowlick that makes my hair difficult to cut. Will NEVER return. more

I recently got my hair colored and higlights put in. What a MESS!!!!!!!! The girl just put in 5 foils and they were lopsided on the righ side of my head. She pinned them in with bobby pins . I was appauled at how my hair turned out. Looked horrible. I thought I would give them another try and tell them what happen last time, so about 8 weeks later I I went back to Hair INc. to get my hair cut, colored and highlights. The girl didn't know what she was doing. Kept asking another girl how to color with highlights. I ask her if she had any experience with color and highlights and she said I have done a couple. I was very nervous about letting her do my hair, so I just left. I will NOT return. Pros: walk in appointments Cons: inexperienced hairdressers more
