Hair Excitement

I usually go to Catherine, who is excellent, but she was booked so I opted to have Tyler do my color. I was very happy with his work and would see him again. more

I had my hair cut and foiled here with Tyler. I left there with my hair unevenly cut ! the difference in lengths was 3 inches. It was so obvious even to my husband. Inorder to get this fixed the new salon I went to had to cut over six inches off my hair to get it even and to the style I w anted. This was devastating since I spent the last few years trying to grow it out. The layers were all cut wrong as well. Called about four times looking for manager who was never in, then finally gave up and spoke to just anyone there so that this would not happen to someone else. I was not even looking for my money back but that was their main thing telling me I could not get my money back.... Wow bad customer service. Stay away if you want to keep your hair! more

Mistina did a wonderful job on my hair! She was delightful, and I highly reccomend her. She is very pleasant, and makes the time injoyable. Pros: great job! Cons: , parking more
