Hair Etc

The ONLY place I go for a haircut. Specifically, I will only allow Miranda to touch my hair. She knows what I like, what I don't, and never pushes me to do or buy anything I don't want. She is cheerful and does a great job! No pressure, perfect cut and style, with a good price too. Give them a chance. more

I heard about Hair Etc. through my mother who said she had the best hair cuts from nancy, the store manager..I set up an appointment with nancy, but she had to cancel due to something that came up suddenly, so I ended up gettting a hair cut from her daughter Ashley..that girl doesn't know anything about cutting hair..I told her exactly what I wanted and she ended up giving me something completely different..she kept talking about being bipolar and kept talking badly about people who worked with her including her own mother! I seriously don't understand who would certify this person to cut hair. Needless to say I will never step foot in Hair Etc. again after this experience unless that girl is fired which probably won't happen since she is the daughter of Nancy...but maybe with more people bringing the problem up to Nancy maybe things will someday change for the better at Hair Etc. more
