Hair Club

HCM is the star among hair clubs and I would never be with any other. they go out of the way to accommodate whatever your needs may be. I have never had to feel bad about the service I received because I now am guessed to be 20yr younger. than my age and always leave there with the feelings of pride. The people that I have considered my friends such as David, Rebecca , Emily, Tammy, Dexter and of course my STAR is Stacy whom I could not do with out . July 29 2011 more

I have been with HCM of Brentwood since 2001. Dawn, Rebecca, Dexter, Joe, Rob feel like family when handling the "very personal" aspect of my premature baldness (balding since I was 17yo). My confidence improved within the first few months after joining HCM, and I haven't really looked back. Always professional, even when hiccups in the system arise (and in 10 years, it happens) they always address the issue promptly and professionally. They offer several services for men and women, and I have easily recommended several friends to join. Dawn and Rob are my personal preferences for stylists, they just know what I like! I have been a member of HCFM since 1999. From the first day I entered the office I was treated with the utmost respect and attention. Their professionalism and attention to every detail is more than I expected as well as their ocurteous service and attention to my needs. The service they give and commitment to making each client happy is one that is found in very few businesses. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and their understanding of my needs far exceeds anything I could have imagianed. The staff from the receptionast (Rebecca and Emily) to the stylist (too many to name) are so very helpful and accomodating and meet every need a client could ask for, If a problem arises they are quick to solve the problem and they will bend over backwards to make the client happy. I have recommended the Hair Club to many of my friends and will continue to do so in the future. Anyone who needs a solution to their hair problems will be smart to contact the hair club for men and women and after one visit you will understand why they are so highly recommended and are continuing to grow by leaps and bounds. I have been a hair club member for many years and it has changed my life. It is hard to feel good about yourself as a woman with a bald spot on top your head. Having hair, and very pretty hair as well, has really made a difference and I appreciate the opportunity to be a hair club member. Dawn is my stylist and she is wonderful. I have been a member of the hair club for five years and I am very satisfied. The people are great, my stylist is wonderful and caring, and it really beats being bald. My wife often comments on how great my hair looks. As with my business, not everything goes right all the time but my stylist is willing to work her hardest to make my hair looks its best. more

It has almost been a year for me with HCW. I can happily say it has been a life changing experience for me. When friends see me they tell me how much younger I look and ask if I had some kind of facial cosmetic surgery done. I just smile and say "No" just feeling really good these days. Every time I leave HCW I leave with the biggest smile on my face. The whole experience from hairdresser to staff is absolutely fabulous. I have been a client of other companies for the past ten years and have not experienced anything like the great service I receive AT HCM. From the moment I first walked into the office, i was treated great and the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. It is a pleasure coming to HCM and would recommend the company to anyone. I was a member for over a year when I just could'nt take it anymore. You pay more than $500 per month and the glue doesn't stick to your head. You spend more time trying to hide the bad hairline and more embarassment because its noticeable. Pros: you have hair - sort of Cons: many more

Its been a nightmare for me as well! I totally agree with this review and would not recommend Hairclub to anyone. After you have signed the contract, from then on nothing they tell you is the truth. Every time I went in they changed their story. I never knew what to expect or what they were going to do with"my hair". It really has been a struggle and I am counting the days until this is over with. I think I would rather be bald! Before I decided to do this I checked online with the Better Business web site. There did not seem to be any glaring problems and in fact they gave them an A+ rating! Oh well live and learn. I absolutely would NOT recommend The Hairclub for Men and Women to anyone! I was charged $1000.00 and received no services or products. I signed a contract (after a great deal of high pressure tactics, I might add) to receive the product they call "my hair" on all their commercials - in an attempt to make people think it's not really just a wig glued to your head. The very next morning I called and told them that the glue they had used in the patch test had left a terrible rash on my head and I therefore, could not agree to have a whole wig glued to my head with this stuff. They offered to do one of the other procedures - which they had already told me would NOT be effective for me based on the hair analysis they had administered themselves. I told them I also wasn't willing to pay thousands of dollars for a procedure they had already told me wouldn't work for me. The whole experience with The Hairclub was a long, ugly process involving several unpleasant phone calls and my written dispute of charges, etc. But in the end, I still had a $1000.00 bill for which I received NOTHING!!!! Oh, and by the way, they won't tell you this, and they will conveniently leave it out when reviewing the contract - which they won't give you time to read yourself before pressuring you to sign, but the hair piece which cost $2000.00 only last 6 months then you have to start all over. Not to mention that you have to go into them about every month to get the thing removed and reglued since it's glued to your hair line. I've done a little research since then and found that many others report having dealt with The Hairclub only to learn that they sell an inferior product at an outrageously high price and don't stand behind their product. When you start having problems with it (in my case before I actually even received the product), that's just too bad. They have your signature. You're stuck! Pros: wait time was acceptable Cons: high pressure, inferior product, don't stand behind their product more
