Worst

The desk is not consistent they change the rules depending on who you get as the peron who checks you out. I even had to ripe up a check.

An Excellent Cut 1/5/2012

Ruthie gave me an excellent cut on difficult, very fine hair. She corrected an attempt to unsuccessfully trim my own hair. She is amazing!! I've been to your salon over the years and find all your staff most welcoming. more

I had a wonderful experince at Apropos Salon!! 1/2/2012

Michelle is now my hair stylist, she is kind, good sense of humor and great stylist. But I have a loyalty problem that I have to deal with, well, my old hair stylist, Amy, from Plumsteadville has been doing my hair for about 14 years. I guess I should tell her instead of not goind to her anymore?? What do you think?? more

Hair color & Cut review 12/22/2011

I have been a steady customer at Hair Apropos ever since my daughter had her wedding party there for their hair and makeup back in July of 2008. I continue to come back ( mother of the bride ) as I am very satisfied with the attention to the customers needs that is shown. Angela is my hairdresser and she has always been sensitive to my likes. At the same time she is always willing to discuss options when asked her opinion. I will continue to come to Hair Apropos. more

Time Flies 12/21/2011

Time flew yesterday afternoon when I went to get my every 8 week hair cut. I was immediately whisked into the shampoo area where a charming woman washed and conditioned my hair, which is baby fine. Unknown to me, she appropriately used a body increasing shampoo and rinse - it's wonderful to have thinking employees in your business. As soon as the shampooing was completed, I was seated in Angela's chair and we began to discuss the cut and holiday pleasantries. I LOVE my haircut! It's not too long, nor too short - it's just right; it gently rolls under and softly frames my face. All this pampering in just over 30 minutes - it seemed like 10. I wish my hair would grow faster so I would have appointments more often. Time does fly when you're having fun. more

I was a walk-in and hair looked bad. Warmly greeted, no attitude. M researched nice 'do's appropriate for me and took great care. Great cut and color! Hair looked healthy again. All staff helpful, friendly, welcoming. more

The salon's atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I regularly recommend the salon to friends and aquaintances. more

Salon News 11/30/2011

My daughters and I had a very unhappy experience with Hair Apropos and Spa during our wedding trials and wedding day experiences. I would not recommend the salon to other brides. The frequent phrase we heard prior to the wedding was "no worries with us"--as it turned out we should have been worried and not trusted the staff. more
