Today, my Family experienced one of the worst doctor office visit at your establishment. it was so disrespectful and unwelcoming that even my 7 year old told his mom he will never want to see ""that woman again in his life"" He was actually talking about one of the receptionists. The subtle discrimination and handling was so unprofessional that they walked out. What was the issue? Simpy to identify the existence of insurance provider. I was called and I provided all the necessary info that MetLife Insurance provided. Yet, the confusion could not be further from an inexperienced employee or someone who was just lacking the courtesy and respect for Clients. I called the office after my family walked out and that same behavior was again extended to me. The receptions-one Kerry, or some other name. She will not let me provide some information from the Insurance, will not answer any question. Never listen. Always saying ""let me speak!!"" She was only bent on explaining what she thought happened. I intend to file a formal compliant to the BBB and Post a review on every social media that I can. Lesson learn to you: Please respect everyone who who walks in your establishment regardless of their appearance, country of origin, accent. This is America! The land of opportunity where everyone who respect the rule of law and WORK HARD can afford to take care of their family without any preconceived notions or stereotypes. I work for my money and can afford to have my kids taken care of at a dentist office of my choosing. They visited your establishment because we thought we will support a local business to help in our own way with the economy. Your staff were Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!!!
