I have been extremely satisfied with HFO from initial notification of properties to their Investor Roundtables for Apartment investors. They are very good to work with. I am a customer for life! Pros: Timely communication and follow-up, industry experts Cons: I can't think of any more

Cody Hagerman goes the extra mile 4/3/2008

The personal service we received from Cody was of special value. We had a small window of opportunity and at a time when it was difficult to find product that fit our criteria, Cody made it happen. He really went out of his way to find properties that were not just the standard listings and then continued to follow through to ensure the property closed, even when difficult issues arose. more

Always in the Loop With HFO 3/19/2008

We felt the advise we received from Tim O'Brien on many decisions we had to make were invaluable. We were kept up to the minute on all details from the beginning listing to the final closing. We appreciated the fact that HFO was willing to take on the listing with a higher price than they had figured it would sell for. Another firm we were considering placing the listing with, refused to use our asking figure as they felt it was way too much and would be a waste of their time and advertising dollar.
