We filled a prescription at this pharmacy because we needed a compound and there are few compounding pharmacies available. It was the most unbelievable experience. Three days after we had a prescription called in from the doctor's office, my husband called them to make sure it was ready for pick-up. They had no record of the prescription (we are sure that the doctor office sent it). We had the doctor's office call in the prescrition again, but when we went up to pick up the medicine, they initially could not find it. So we had to wait 45 minutes for them to find the prescription and mix the compound. Then they used the wrong type of base when making the prescription, which resulted in a price of $131 instead of the $35 we had been quoted on the phone.
The worst part was dealing with the pharmacist. He was arrogant, uncommunicative and unprofessional. We were trying to discuss the problem of the incorrect medicine, and he kept turning around and walking away from us! I was trying to ask him if the medicine they had made would be safe for my baby son (since it was different than the one the doctor had given us), and he would just turn his back and leave! Then instead of listening to our concerns, he started ranting that he had "four degrees" and that the only reason why he worked there was because he was concerned about "patient care." Apparently patient care didn't include our infant son. This was such a horrible experience
