The installers gave a vibe of having been recently paroled (despite the salesman’s assurance that Hader only uses the best people.) The way they ran the tubing from the outside unit to the furnace in my garage was very inconvenient and the tubing is totally vulnerable to damage. Within the furnace room the tubing is run such that it looks like a 5yr old installed it – not tucked away to prevent damage, rather right down the middle of everything. The black insulation sleeve was cut about 4 inches short of the furnace and the rubbery insulation tape was just balled up around the tube-furnace connection – now my furnace room receives a lot of the air that should be going into my home.\r

If you go with Hader, check on the installers often and tell them what you want them to do. Inspect the work before they leave.
Pros: Good price.
Cons: Bad installation. Shady installers.
