Dr. Hackl has been my personal physican for many years. Even though her practice has expanded and at times the wait may be longer than anticipated what makes her the best is the fact that she does take the time needed with each patient to make sure they are heard.\r I prefer this type of physician rather than just being a name and number and being turned around in 15 minutes and not been able to express my concerns about my condition. more

Dr.Hackl is a quackle!!! This Dr does not listen to her patients!She does not care about pts well being! She is all about the money! How many labs and tests can I order?? When I was 6 months pregnant this Dr ordered a cholesterol lab draw on me and then when it was high tried to put me on a cholesterol med! All pregnant womens cholesterol is HIGH!! She repeatedly kept ordering these labs during my pregnancy and after even though I kept telling her my cholesterol was high because of pregnancy! Then she was AMAZED when my cholesterol went way down when my daughter was 8 months old!!She removed many moles and left giant scars! For neck pain instead of ordering anti-inflamatories she instantly wanted to do accupuncture and did not tell me ahead of time it was 100 dollars out of pocket!Wait time is forever and staff is rude!!! I could go on and on! Avoid this Dr at all costs!! more

I have been praising Dr. Hackl to all my friends. She was recommended to me. I drove 1-1/2 hours to her office. It was well worth the trip...Living in a busy area - I am used to waiting in the doctors offices -- many times its because the doctor is spending more time with the patients. Her office wait is more than acceptable. Especially when its my turn. I love her realistic approach to a problem --- not just - here's a script. I have been suffering for many years, (back & leg pain) with many drugs, many doctors--- many experiences - and my appointment with Dr. Hackl has been simply the best so far. I was raised Christian Science -- I met a good person --I',m going back... I'm telling my Friends! more

We are always at the office at least 2 hrs. I get there early, being respectful of the doctor and staff's time, but drug reps wave and get right in and take the doctor and PA's time. Must say that PA Kathleen is very good!! I have not had a medical problem for years, but have to go 4 times a year and get basic refills for cholesterol and asthma which have not changed in 10 yrs!! Waste of insurance $$, time and co-pay $$ for me. more

I have been going to Dr Hackl since her office opened and have never had a bad experience. Susan and Kathleen and other office staff are always kind and friendly, wait time is generally brief and most importantly, I am in much better health than I was four years ago. more

I've honestly never been to a doctor that cares so little about their patients! Hackl is only in it for the money not your well being. I had been going in for a year and a half complaining of not feeling well....never once was an allergist suggested instead I was given antibiotics that NEVER worked. I wonder why? Could it be b/c I never had an infection!?!?! So, I went to an allergist on my own to find out the reason I wasn't feeling well was because I am allergic to about everything. Also, EVERY time I entered the waiting room I always heard her secretaries bad mouthing patients they didn't like from phone calls to who was in there visiting earlier in the day. How professional is that? Wonder what was said about me when I left! AND, what doctor suggests acupuncture before even considering an anti swelling med or even physical therapy??? A MONEY dwelling doctor that's who!! DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to use Dr. Hackl (if she even deserves that title) if you actually care about your own well b more

I agree that things have gone downhill. Minimum wait to see someone after you are put in a room seems to be an hour. Questions aren't welcome, as they take too much time to deal with. Office staff treat you like a burden to be dealt with.\r \r Try your luck somewhere else. more

When I first began seeing Dr. Hackl She was very in-tune with my health needs. As time went on I noticed changes. Her very helpful attitude changed as well as other things. By the time I decided to leave her office I was on 13 different medications, I am now down to 6 scripts that my new Doctor recommends. I found her office staff to change frequently. From a turn over in Doctors, Licenced Nurse Practitioners and the Office Staff . I never really knew who I would see for the appointment, Dr. Hackl would send one of the others in as she sat and oversaw the business end. The wait to see a doctor for the last 7 years has gone from 15 minutes to as long as 1hour and 23 minutes. There billing end of the business is no better.Her office met my expectations at first but as time went on it was a bad deal, I would not recommend Dr.Hackl more

Although Dr. Hackl's office an be very crowded at times and the wait long.......Dr. Hackl is very worth the wait. The office staff is very considerate and helpful. more
