This is where the Quality and Best Price Meet. I went to a ton of shops who were boasting best in their service, and also to regular grease monkeys... but turns out to be the job was expensive and cant fit my wallet.. That is when I found my self driving by Hackensack Autobody, where I made a quick stop to hear unbelievable price.. Initially I was skeptical about the quality of work and also was fearing to get a totally different Bill to pay.. But they stick to their word.. made an excellent job, and I cant explain how happy I was... End of the day it was Money well spent..!!! more

Excellent Results 8/22/2011

I was in an accident last week and I had gone to a couple of auto body shops to get quotes and all of them were pretty expensive. My last stop was at Hackensack Auto Body, they gave me a great price for the work that needed to be done. I am so happy with the results. The mechanics were nice and friendly and told me step by step how things were going to get done. I will tell all my friends about Hackensack. more

When hear information by word of mouth, I go and confirm in the store and see how they really are before I receive there service and I was over satisfied and had my car in the same day and they did the most amazing job. It looks amazingly great. Thanks again. more

They were considerate and helped me with my car. Most shop will keep it over a week but this place understood my situation and finished it overnight. I don't know how but they and I am satisfied. I didn't have to miss too much of work. Thanks again for everything. more

Excellent Work 8/11/2011

Hackensack Auto Body told me that they have been in business for fifty years. Now I know why they are. They straightened up and painted my door and fender on my 2004 Toyota Camry, and you would never know it was damaged. If you need excellent body and fender work done, go there. more

I always thought having a collision with my car was a bad experience. Not so, I had my car repaired at Hackensack Auto Body. The work was very good, and on time. I recommend using them. more

Very accommodating 6/21/2011

I was unfortunately in a accident that nearly totaled my car. It was towed to Hackensack Auto Body. Bill was very accommodating and informative from beginning to end. The car looks great and my insurance covered everything. No complaints. more

Terrible Service 2/14/2011

The two guys that run this place (Don and Bill) are really poor providers of service. They are cranky and tempermental characters that treat customers very poorly. My car was towed here after an accident, and I had them basically fix everying (near totalled car). However throughout the entire process, they are nothing but rude and un-helpful. They trying giving a ""lifetime guarentee"" on the car but its just a complete load of bs. They refuse to follow up on repairs afterwards, claiming its too much work for them to have to do. I highly do not reccommend this place. Maybe they should learn to treat customers with respect. more
