When I first went to see Dr O'Leary, he seemed very knowledgable about his practice. However, it had been hell dealing with his staff. If you call more than once every two months, they would give you an attitude. The last time I called them, I talked to Jennifer from Financial and when I asked her why there are charging me 300 dollars a month when they don't even see me or not going to see me, she told me that they are charging that 300 dollars a month because they are spending time on the phone talking to me. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked to talk to Dr O'Leary and she told me she is the only one that I can talk to and even if I leave a message for Dr O'Leary, he won't be able to talk to me today, tomorrow, or the next day. I think this was the worst mistake of my life signing a contract with these people. They have given me a bad rep among themselves because in the beginning, I called them too much and they didn't like it so now they have talked to me so disrespectfully over the phone, that even when I have an issue, I don't feel like calling them anymore. I don't understand why they are charging me for 14 months of treatment when according to my conversation with Dr O'Leary, my treatment would take less than that. Please do not go to this practice because it has been nothing but headache. I might even file a complaint with Better Business Bureau if they charge me for 14 months of treatment and only do less work on my teeth. I go there every two months and each month, they charge me 300 dollars and when I go there, they do absolutely nothing, they just put new trays on and the staff are very rude. Please save yourselves because right now, I am stuck with them because I have signed a contract.
