The theater itself is a good one: lots of movies, generally clean facilities, lots of parking. But most of the staff there -- managerment especially -- are just miserable and rude. Nobody smiles. Nobody greets you (except one rare and darling challenged gentleman who takes tickets, although I haven't seen him in a while). If you go, buy tickets through Fandango and bring your own snacks. It's far more enjoyable if you don't have to deal with anyone who works there. more

The real advantage of the Regal is its location. dinner and a movie is easy as you have nearly 20 restaurants to choose from in every price range from Fast food to elegant sit down it is all in the Regal complex. One other big plus is the IMax screen which pulls you into the movie experience. more

Whenever I visit my friend in Pleasanton, we drive up to this theater. It really is a nice experience and I enjoy watching movies here everytime. The front lobby is modern and attractive, the customers service is to a high standard, the public areas are clean, the chairs are cushy and soft, and the visual and audio quality are up to par. This theater has a lot of screens, but not as many as Mercado or Union city. Nevetheless, the show schedule usually includes most of the most popular movies at the time. more
