Habitat ReStore sells new, used, and overstocked home improvement materials donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors, and individuals. These donated items are sold to the public at greatly reduced prices.
The public is always welcome to shop at Habitat ReStore.

Do you have great stuff to donate to the ReStore? Call or drop it off during business hours. Have you come across some old pipes, posts, or other metals? Drop it off at the ReStore. Habitat recycles all metals with the proceeds helping KVHH to eliminate substandard housing in Kalamazoo County.

How Habitat ReStore benefits the community:
* Generates funds to help build Habitat homes.
* Promotes recycling and keeps building materials out of landfills. For every $1 in Habitat ReStore sales, an estimated 1.3 pounds of waste is kept out of local landfills.
* Sells all new and used home improvement materials at a discount, allowing our community to affordably improve their homes.
* Donations may be tax deductible.
Material Donations:
Habitat ReStore accepts donations in good condition. We DO NOT accept clothing, window treatments, console TVs, computer components, or opened paint products. We DO accept most items found in home centers including, but not limited to:
* Furniture - no rips or tears
* Appliances - in good working condition
* Cabinets and counter tops
* Bathroom and kitchen fixtures
* Carpeting and rugs
* Tile
* Vinyl flooring
* Lighting fixtures
* Latex paint - full cans accepted only from stores and professionals
* Hand and power tools
* Vinyl siding and accessories
* Drywall - 4 ft. sheet minimum
* Roofing materials
* Wood trim and flooring
* Lumber / plywood
How to Donate:
Items may be dropped off during store hours. We pick up in Kalamazoo County:
A small donation to help offset the cost of gas for our truck is appreciated. This helps keep our Habitat ReStore prices affordable. Call us at (269) 381-5523 to schedule a pick-up. Pick-ups are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
